How to change
Internet Change: Available only until 23:00 the day before the performance. (For Saturday and Sunday performances, available until 23:00 on Friday)
Call center change: Available only up to 3 hours before the performance on the day of the performance.
Changes to tickets purchased through other ticketing agencies: Tickets not purchased through the Arko/Daehakro Arts Theater ticket system cannot be changed. Please contact the ticketing agency in question.
Note
Ticket changes are only possible for the same performance, same seat class, and same price.
In the case of 'early-booking discount', changes are not possible after the early-booking period ends.
In the case of a 'preview discount', changes are not possible after the preview period ends.
