Receive mobile tickets
With a mobile ticket, you can enter the performance hall quickly and easily without having to visit the box office.
Mobile tickets can only be used through KakaoTalk, so please check first whether you have KakaoTalk installed.
If you select mobile ticket as the receipt method when making a reservation, you can conveniently receive a mobile ticket instead of a paper ticket.
However, for reservations requiring discount proof, mobile tickets can be received after verification of the relevant proof at the ticket booth.
Mobile tickets can be used by the ticket purchaser, but also provide a transfer service for accompanying viewers.
Note
The barcode on your ticket will be activated one hour before the performance starts.
Entry is not possible using a mobile ticket capture screen.
When using a mobile ticket, paper tickets are not provided.
If you do not receive the notification message, you can resend it by calling the customer center (02-3668-0007).
Paper Ticket (Pick-up on site)
Tickets can be picked up at the ticket machine or box office of the performance venue starting 1 hour before the performance on the day of the performance. (※ Ticket pick-up times may vary depending on the performance.)
If a ticket issued as a tributary is lost or damaged, it cannot be reissued/changed/cancelled/refunded.
Pick up at a self-service ticket machine
On the day of the performance, you can issue a ticket by entering your reservation information (reservation number or the purchaser's date of birth & mobile phone number) into the self-service ticket machine in the lobby of the performance hall.
However, for reservations requiring discount proof, tickets cannot be issued through self-service ticket machines, and tickets can be collected at the ticket booth after verifying the relevant proof. (Welfare, artist, youth discounts, etc.)
Pick up at the ticket booth
When picking up a ticket, you can pick it up after confirming the name of the person who made the reservation and the last 4 digits of the mobile phone number or the reservation details (reservation number).
For tickets that require verification of proof, you can receive them after presenting proof of discount (welfare, artist, youth discount, etc.)
If you cannot receive your ticket through a mobile ticket or self-service ticket machine, you must visit a separate ticket window (other ticket sales office, invitation ticket, etc.)
