Mobile Ticket

  • Receive mobile tickets

    • With a mobile ticket, you can enter the performance hall quickly and easily without having to visit the box office.

    • Mobile tickets can only be used through KakaoTalk, so please check first whether you have KakaoTalk installed.

    • If you select mobile ticket as the receipt method when making a reservation, you can conveniently receive a mobile ticket instead of a paper ticket.

    • However, for reservations requiring discount proof, mobile tickets can be received after verification of the relevant proof at the ticket booth.

    • Mobile tickets can be used by the ticket purchaser, but also provide a transfer service for accompanying viewers.

  • Note

    • The barcode on your ticket will be activated one hour before the performance starts.

    • Entry is not possible using a mobile ticket capture screen.

    • When using a mobile ticket, paper tickets are not provided.

    • If you do not receive the notification message, you can resend it by calling the customer center (02-3668-0007).

Paper Ticket (Pick-up on site)

  • Tickets can be picked up at the ticket machine or box office of the performance venue starting 1 hour before the performance on the day of the performance. (※ Ticket pick-up times may vary depending on the performance.)

  • If a ticket issued as a tributary is lost or damaged, it cannot be reissued/changed/cancelled/refunded.

  • Pick up at a self-service ticket machine

    • On the day of the performance, you can issue a ticket by entering your reservation information (reservation number or the purchaser's date of birth & mobile phone number) into the self-service ticket machine in the lobby of the performance hall.

    • However, for reservations requiring discount proof, tickets cannot be issued through self-service ticket machines, and tickets can be collected at the ticket booth after verifying the relevant proof. (Welfare, artist, youth discounts, etc.)

  • Pick up at the ticket booth

    • When picking up a ticket, you can pick it up after confirming the name of the person who made the reservation and the last 4 digits of the mobile phone number or the reservation details (reservation number).

    • For tickets that require verification of proof, you can receive them after presenting proof of discount (welfare, artist, youth discount, etc.)

    • If you cannot receive your ticket through a mobile ticket or self-service ticket machine, you must visit a separate ticket window (other ticket sales office, invitation ticket, etc.)

  • ※ The method of ticket collection (mobile ticket, on-site collection) can be selected at the payment stage when purchasing a performance ticket on the Arko·Daehakro Arts Theater website, and can be changed even after purchasing the ticket.
