ARKO Arts Theater & Daehakro Arts Theater

In accordance with the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act, a 50% discount on admission fees is provided to persons with disabilities (and one accompanying person) who present a welfare card.
When picking up tickets on the day of the performance after making a reservation, the person eligible for the discount must present the relevant proof (welfare card) in person at the box office to pick up the tickets.
If you do not have supporting documentation, you can watch the performance by paying the discounted price based on the regular price.

  Woman: Restroom across from the ticket booth
  Man: Restroom in front of the small theater passage
- Located inside the women's restroom on the 2nd basement floor of Arco Small Theater (1 unit)
  Man: Use the restroom in the theater
Evacuation guidance map
- In case of an emergency during a performance, Braille guides to the evacuation route based on the location of the tactile map installation, one installed in each theater.
Manual wheelchair
- A total of 4 are provided for the convenience of the audience and safe evacuation.
Auxiliary tools for moving up and down stairs
- Provide up and down evacuation aid devices to those assist with reduced mobility in case of an emergency
Voice amplifier
- A total of 2 are provided to enhance the convenience of hearing-impaired audiences.
