Call center reservation
Tickets are only available up to 3 hours before the performance starts on the day of the performance.

Bank transfer (virtual account)

• Reservation is complete only when the deposit is completed by the designated deposit date to the virtual bank account given after reservation. The deposit deadline is 23:59:59 on the day after the reservation date. (Example: Reservation on June 28 → Closing on June 29 at 23:59:59)

• If payment is not made by the deposit deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• Depending on your bank, online and ATM deposits may be restricted after 18:00.

• Bank transfer (virtual account) is only available up to 2 days before the performance date. (Example: Performance on June 28th → Only available until June 26th)
  * Non-account deposit (virtual account) system
  A system where a virtual bank account is temporarily assigned when making a reservation and is automatically deleted after the deposit deadline. One account number is created for each reservation. (Even if the same person makes multiple reservations on the same day, a separate account number is assigned for each reservation.) If the reservation amount and deposit amount do not match, a deposit error occurs and the deposit is not processed.

Cultural Gift Certificates: Only cultural gift certificates issued by ‘Korea Culture Promotion’ can be used.
