Internet Cancellation

Tickets not purchased through the Arko/Daehakro Arts Theater ticket system cannot be cancelled. Please contact the ticket office in question.Refunds will be processed via the payment method selected at the time of reservation.
Note
Even in the case of partial cancellation of reserved tickets, a cancellation fee will be charged for the partially cancelled tickets.
Credit card, check card
If you cancel a ticket you have reserved, the payment amount minus the cancellation fee will be refunded.
Once the reservation cancellation process is completed in the ticket system, the cancellation will be confirmed by the card company 4-5 days (based on business days).
Depending on the time of cancellation and the refund processing criteria of the relevant card company, the refund method and date of the cancellation amount may differ slightly.
Bank transfer (virtual account)
Once the cancellation is processed through the ticket system, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 days (business days).
Refunds are only possible to an account in the name of the person who made the reservation. (If the person who made the reservation does not have an account in the name of the person who made the reservation, refunds are only possible to an account in the name of an immediate family member upon submission of a family relationship certificate.)
Refund Cancellation Fee
In accordance with Fair Trade Commission Notice No. 2014-4, refunds will be processed with the following refund cancellation fee applied.

However, a cancellation fee will be charged even if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours after reservation, starting from 2 days before the viewing date (non-business days are excluded from time calculation)
